Information Desk Ambassadors

Information Desk Ambassadors are our front-line team dedicated to ensuring that all patients and guests feel welcome as they enter our hospital facility. Outstanding customer service skills are essential. This is one of our most important volunteer positions in the hospital. Volunteers help walk people to their destination so you will have the opportunity to learn the layout of the hospital.

• Physical Abilities needed: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to use a computer to look up information. 
• Ability to process multiple sources of information and prioritize customer service tasks.

Shifts Available: Weekdays 7am-7pm. 

Gift Shop

The Gift Shop at the Main Campus is looking for volunteers with retail experience and a desire to help people. Computer skills are involved in ringing up sales. Shifts are available Monday through Sunday. An ideal volunteer would be one who reaches out to connect with people.

Shifts Available: Evenings, weekends

Locations: Main Campus

TMCA North Organizational Learning Center Front Desk Volunteer Needed

We are looking to add members to our team to provide office support. Volunteers would be asked to assist in: greeting visitors and providing directions to classrooms, making coffee, making copies, answering phones, checking voice mail, distributing mail, distributing packages, making confirmation calls, filing, collating packets and more.

Skills Needed: Great customer service skills, excellent phone skills and an ability to learn quickly.

Shifts Available: Tuesday 8am-12pm and 12pm-3pm, and Wednesdays 8am-12pm

Location: North Campus
